Circle of Harmony 2026

Synopsis

Circle of Harmony is an award-winning, four-part, a cappella chorus of women dedicated to musical excellence. The chorus performs dynamic and entertaining music that captures audiences with their passionate singing, energetic choreography and engaging performances. As a member of Sweet Adelines International now operating at SingUnited International, we compete in our region and typically place in the top three choruses regionally. We have also earned three invitations to compete at the international level. As a member of the Oakville community, we enjoy performing for audiences at a wide variety of events, from Culture Days and Family Day, at tree lightings and for retirement residences and churches. Funding from the Oakville Arts Council allows the members of Circle of Harmony to perform for the public and to continually improve their craft by hiring in coaches and vocal experts.

In our 2025 - 2026 we were able to utilize funding from the Oakville Arts Council to hire faculty to work with the chorus on vocal and performance skills and to work with individual singers and small groups on personal skills development. This training supported the chorus in achieving a third invitation to competing at the International Competition in 2027.
